  I have found Sean Smith and the reception team at Raine and Horne Carindale to be personable and supportive from my perspective as a buyer. Sean was happy to answer questions and given me access to the property. He was not driven by market, he was driven by customer service for both me as the buyer and for the seller of the property.
  Having had negative experiences with other agents during my purchasing of a property recently, Sean’s genuine and down to earth manner was a refreshing change of collaboration. It was the polar difference from my previous experience of other agents consistently ignoring and harassing me to increase my set offer.
  I would highly recommend Sean Smith as an person of character and an honest and trustworthy property agent, and the Raine & Horne Carindale team as a professional and supportive real estate group.

  Raine & Horne Carindale and Vicki Stark in particular have been the best estate agents i have ever dealt with.
  
  The level of professionalism and care given is second to none. I will always recommend people to use Raine and Horne Carindale.
  
  With the rental crisis as bad as it is Vicki in particular took the time and effort for me to find me a new place. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me and my family. Your go to agency for rental and sales without doubt.

  Vicki Stark is an excellent leasing manager who always goes the extra mile to make sure the tenants, and the landlord, are happy. She is quick to respond to any concerns and is always available to help out with whatever needs to be done. I would highly recommend her as a Business Development Manager.

  The team at Raine and Horne Carindale are fantastic to deal with. Mark, Alicia and Vicki are very professional is all their dealings with me as a landlord.
  Vicki managed my rental property for many years and would highly recommend her if you need a rental manager.
  Her passion, professionalism and energy for her job is clear in every thing she does.

  I have rented through Raine and Horne Carindale for a few years now (and hopefully many more to come). This being said, and having worked as an agent in rentals myself for many years, I can easily say that their rental team is fantastic. Excellent communication, friendly staff and I have never, not once, had an issue with the agency. It is a marked difference from the prior agency overseeing our building (and others that I have had the displeasure of working for) and I would be very happy to recommend them to both prospective landlords and tenants. From one agent to another, thank you.

  Was dealing with a Joanne mackinnon - had arranged an appointment with her to inspect a property, when I arrived she wasn't there so I called her, I left a message and sent an sms and never heard back. I called back and she rejected my call and sent an autoreply, I sms her again, didnt hear from her and it had been 40 mins I called again, she rejected my call and sent the same response. I never viewed the property. I called the manager and he said he'd investigate but never heard back - id steer clear of the incompetent bunch
